Patchie – Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Patchie website (the “Site”), purchase of products, and participation in promotions or giveaways (collectively, the “Services”).
By using our Site, purchasing from Patchie, or entering any Patchie promotion, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products & Use

Patchie products are cosmetic accessories intended for external use only.
They are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Results may vary depending on individual skin type and lifestyle.
Always follow the instructions on the packaging.
Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a healthcare professional.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (where applicable).
Payments are processed securely through approved payment gateways.
Orders are confirmed once payment has cleared.

4. Shipping

We ship Australia-wide and internationally.
Standard shipping within Australia: approximately 3–7 business days.
Express shipping options are available at checkout 1 - 4 business days.
International delivery times vary and may be subject to customs delays.
Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes applied by their country.

5. Returns & Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email contact@patchie.com.au within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase and photos.
Approved returns must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method.
Shipping fees for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Discounts & Gift Cards

Discount Codes:

Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, code, or promotion.
Discounts do not apply to subscription products.
Patchie reserves the right to modify or withdraw discount codes at any time.

Gift Cards:

Gift cards can be purchased using discount codes, but cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be refunded as store credit.
Gift cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

7. Promotions & Giveaways

Monthly Giveaway:

One Instagram follower will be randomly selected on the 15th of each month to win a Mummy Makeover Pack.
To be eligible, participants must follow @patchie.au and be subscribed to Patchie emails.
Winners will be announced via Instagram Stories and email.
Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Glow Up Giveaway:

Drawn on 1st November 2025.
To enter, participants must follow @patchie.au, like the giveaway post, and tag two friends in the comments.
Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

General Promotion Terms:

Entry into any Patchie promotion implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Patchie reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without notice.
Decisions made by Patchie are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Risk & Liability

Customers assume all responsibility for the correct use of our products.
Patchie is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

9. Intellectual Property

All product names, packaging designs, logos, and content on this Site are the property of Patchie.
They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is collected for order processing, customer support, and service improvement.
We do not sell or share your data. Please see our Privacy Policy for further details.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
