Patchie Subscriptions Policy (Australia)

At-a-glance

  • No lock-in. Cancel online any time before your next charge.
  • Full control. Skip, pause, change frequency, quantity, or shipping date via your account.
  • Transparent renewals. We show the next charge date & price on the product page, cart, checkout and in your account. We also email a reminder before renewal.

1) How it works

  • Eligible products offer a Subscribe & Save option at checkout.
  • You select the delivery cadence (e.g., every 2–8 weeks) and can edit it later.
  • Your first subscription order is charged and shipped immediately (unless otherwise stated).
  • Future orders auto-renew on the schedule you set and are billed to your saved payment method.
  • Any promotional subscription discounts or free shipping will be clearly displayed at checkout and on the product page.

2) Managing your subscription

Use My Account → Subscription Management to: change cadence/date, update address, swap products, change quantity, pause, or skip a shipment.

3) Cancellation policy (no hoops)

  • Cancel anytime via My Account → Subscriptions → Cancel, or email contact@patchie.com.au.
  • To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled renewal (“Order Lock”).
  • If you cancel after a charge has processed, that shipment may still be delivered. You can use our standard Returns Policy where eligible (e.g., change-of-mind conditions apply).
  • We do not charge penalty or exit fees for cancellation.

4) Renewal reminders & receipts

  • We email a renewal reminder ahead of each charge showing product(s), price, and date.
  • After we bill your renewal, you’ll receive an order confirmation and tax invoice.

5) Free trials & intro offers (if applicable)

  • Any free trial or intro discount will clearly state the length of the trial/offer, post-trial price, and the renewal date.
  • Trials convert to paid plans unless you cancel before the stated end date.

6) Price changes or product changes

  • If we adjust subscription prices or what’s included, we’ll email you at least 14 days’ notice.
  • If you don’t agree, you can cancel before the effective date (no fees).

7) Payment issues

  • If a payment fails, we’ll retry your card up to 3 times over 7 days and email you to update details.
  • Orders ship once payment is successful. If payment can’t be collected, we may pause or cancel the subscription.

8) Shipping, returns & refunds

  • Subscription orders follow our standard Shipping & Returns.
  • Where Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply (e.g., product fault), you’re entitled to repair, replacement or refund. Subscriptions don’t limit your ACL rights.

9) Discount codes & stacking

Ongoing subscribe & save discounts generally can’t be combined with other promo codes unless explicitly stated at checkout.

10) Minimum terms

Patchie subscriptions have no minimum term and no “must take X shipments” rule. If we ever offer a plan with a minimum commitment, it will be clearly disclosed up-front and opt-in only.

11) Updating details

You’re responsible for keeping your email, shipping address and payment details current to receive reminders and deliveries.

13) Governing law

These subscription terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
