Refund policy

- For hygiene and safety reasons, **we cannot accept returns of opened or used products**.

- If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email us at contact@patchie.com.au within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase and photos.

- Approved returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

- Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method.

- Shipping fees for change-of-mind returns are at the customer’s expense.
